🌞 Morning Routine (Best Use)

  • Take 2 tablespoons (25–30g) of Nendhiram Powder.

  • Mix it with 1 glass of warm water or milk (200–250 ml).

  • Stir until smooth — no lumps.

  • Add a pinch of cardamom powder or dry ginger powder if you want a more aromatic flavor.

  • Drink it on an empty stomach or after your morning yoga/walk.
