You Need:
2 tbsp Black Urad Dal Mix
1 cup water
Jaggery (or dates syrup) – optional
Milk or coconut milk – optional
Steps:
Mix powder in a little water to form smooth paste.
Boil 1 cup water in a pan.
Add the paste, stir continuously on low flame for 5–7 mins.
Add jaggery/dates syrup for sweetness.
Add milk/coconut milk if you like.
